We are the area’s only factory trained and certified Sensei sales and service center. We use Sensei factory water-cooled equipment to keep heat from ruining the temper of your shears. They are then finished with a super-polished buffed edge.
We also offer a knife leasing program for restaurants, grocery stores, and any other interested businesses that need these services. We furnish you with sharp knives and rotate them weekly or bi-weekly according to your needs.
